At Reimagine Designs Shop, we want you to love your home. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned decor for quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
